This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to Skillumni for courses, training programs, certifications, internships, workshops, webinars, digital products, and any other services offered through our website or associated platforms.
By making any payment to Skillumni, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Skillumni are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable, except where expressly provided under this policy or where required by applicable law.
Learners are solely responsible for reviewing the course details, curriculum, duration, eligibility, fees, schedule, and all applicable terms before completing any payment.
2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The Registration Fee (Pre-Registration Fee), Admission Fee, Booking Fee, or Seat Confirmation Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
This amount is collected to reserve your seat and initiate administrative processes including, but not limited to, enrollment and admission processing, student verification and documentation, Learning Management System (LMS) account creation, batch allocation, resource planning, and faculty and infrastructure allocation.
Once these processes have been initiated, the fee cannot be cancelled, reversed, adjusted, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. No Refunds
Skillumni shall not issue refunds in any of the following situations: change of mind after payment, failure to attend classes or training sessions, failure to complete the course, personal, financial, academic, medical, employment, relocation, travel, visa, or family-related reasons, lack of time or inability to participate, dissatisfaction after accessing course materials or attending sessions, failure to secure employment, internship, certification, examination results, or expected outcomes, suspension or termination due to violation of Skillumni's policies or code of conduct, workshops, webinars, bootcamps, masterclasses, certifications, digital products, downloadable resources, recorded sessions, or internship programs, and payments made by mistake due to failure to review course information before purchase.
4. Exceptional Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered only if Skillumni is unable to commence the enrolled course within 30 days from the officially announced start date, and no suitable alternative batch, program, or rescheduled commencement date is offered.
The approval of any refund request shall remain at the sole discretion of Skillumni, subject to verification and applicable deductions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@skillumni.co.in with supporting payment details.
If approved, refunds will be processed only to the original payment method, no cash refunds will be issued, processing timelines will depend on the respective payment gateway, bank, or financial institution, and transaction charges, taxes, gateway fees, and other applicable deductions may be retained wherever legally permissible.
6. Course Transfer
Skillumni may, at its sole discretion, permit a one-time transfer to another available course or batch.
The following conditions shall apply: requests must be made before the commencement of the original course, approval is subject to seat availability and management approval, if the new course has a higher fee the learner must pay the difference before confirmation, if the new course has a lower fee no refund or credit of the fee difference shall be provided, and a course transfer, once approved, cannot be reversed.
Skillumni reserves the right to refuse any transfer request without assigning any reason.
7. Course Rescheduling & Cancellation by Skillumni
Skillumni reserves the absolute right to postpone, reschedule, modify, merge, relocate, or cancel any batch, course, session, workshop, or program due to operational requirements, faculty availability, minimum enrollment requirements, technical issues, regulatory changes, or events beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, Skillumni may offer admission to the next available batch, an alternative equivalent program, or a refund only where Skillumni determines that no reasonable alternative can be provided.
Skillumni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, travel, accommodation, employment, opportunity, or consequential losses arising from such changes.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized payment dispute after accessing any Skillumni service shall constitute a breach of this policy and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to all services, certifications, and learner accounts, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to Skillumni.
9. Right to Modify
Skillumni reserves the right to amend, modify, interpret, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the official Skillumni website shall be the prevailing and binding version for all users.
